Following the huge success of its mental fitness wattbike challenge event last year with businesses, Cycle 360 is going bigger this year carrying on its mental fitness theme encouraging corporates to take on a month long ‘Get Moving’ challenge.

Businesses already signed up to the initiative include Barclays, Microgaming, Amber Gaming, RL 360 and Zurich.

For a donation amount of £500 per company, employees gain exclusive access to an organised fitness class a week for up to 15 employees, for the whole month of October – with all profits going to Isle Listen (approx. £400 per company). The classes, run by qualified freelance instructors of Cycle 360 will be 45-minute fun-based bodyweight classes that include games, encouraging engagement and a good laugh.
Cycle 360 Fitness Manager, Guy Wood, said: ‘With the added bonus of helping and supporting your team's well-being, all profits from the initiative will be going directly to Isle Listen, Cycle 360's Charity of the Year.’

He added: ‘The aim of the Get Moving campaign is to get corporates moving in fun and energising classes, all while gaining the knowledge of the importance exercise has on our mental health. With physical activity being one of the most accessible means to improving mental health, it seems a natural place to start.’
