By taking part in any Cycle 360 or Enduro Isle social ride, you do so entirely at your own risk. These rides are informal and take place on open roads, trails, and public spaces where normal hazards may be present.
It is the responsibility of each rider to ensure that:
- Their bicycle is in safe working order.
- They ride within their own limits and skill level.
- They follow all road laws, trail guidelines, and general principles of safe cycling.
- They wear appropriate clothing and safety equipment, including a helmet.
Cycle 360 and Enduro Isle accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in these rides. Riders are fully responsible for their own actions, decisions, and personal safety at all times.
